I do not disagree with author's stance. I also agree mixed blood girls have higher probability of being attractive. This is especially true for facial features. I think because mixed-blood make their facial features "more average". Any extreme noticeable facial features are eliminated. Another good example is Kristin Kreuk. I also noticed most of these girls' parents are, European descend fathers and Asian descend mothers. That's says Asian males are less prone to produce mixed-blood children, or Asian males are less desirable as mate to produce mixed-blood children (laughing)

In Hawaii, there's all kinds of mixes going on and you're more likely to find more attractive interracial women there too. My father's Asian and my mom's Caucasian and you're right about that being uncommon, i know a lot more half Asians with Asian mothers.

I agree~ From what I've seen, interracial people are generally more attractive.... I've seen Italian/Japanese, Chinese/white... My fiancee is Asian and if we have children, they'll be 75% Asian / 25% white!! Now I wonder how that will turn out... =D

I love your article and I mostly agree that multiracial tend to be more attractive but what if the parents specifically go multiracial marriages to make attractive babies knowing that they're attractive but want them to be mixed, and also mixed attractive get lot of attention rather than if there is mixed unattractive people, I did see one who has lot of mix but not so attractive. I also have heard of the "mixed children are better" hypothesis. While I don't know of any studies that have been done to confirm it, it makes sense to most people who have studied biology. In biology, a more varied set of genes is better, due to the resistance to parasites it confers. A more varied set of genes is easier to obtain from people whose ancestors have not interbred for a longer time, as genetic drift and mutations have had time to work their magic. If someone who is mixed has greater genetic variety, and greater overall fitness, that will be reflected in their physical appearance, namely in their facial symmetry, which is subconsciously interpreted by the brain as beauty.

Anyone who argues that multiracial people are a race and therefore that suggesting multiracial people are superior is racist has a screw loose. Clearly someone who is half yellow, half white is not the same as someone who is half white, half black. Who's gonna lump Kristin Kreuk together with Barack Obama?

Also, "Asian" is not a race, and even within "white" there are variations. For simplicity and (reasonable) accuracy, use the colour scheme to get your point across: white, black, yellow, brown. It's not a catch-all, but still effective.

I don't think many people enter interracial relationships because they want to have great kids. They do it because they like the other person and don't care about their skin colour. They look at personality first and second. I am a white male who only (99%) likes yellow females. I just find them infinitely more attractive than any others. I could go into why, but I see that the last post in this thread is almost two months old, so odds are nobody will even see my post.

As to yellow men not getting white women...that's because many yellow men lack the confidence to approach the women they like. From what I've read and heard, it appears that the lack of communication and understanding between the sexes is even greater in China and Japan than it is here in North America. I also know that women are not treated very well there. They are seen as inferior to men and excluded from some workplaces. I remember reading about some study that found that huge percentages of Chinese women are unsatisfied with their sex lives, or have never had an orgasm. That failure to communicate and to fully appreciate women (as more than cooks and cleaners) produces men who are devoid of self-confidence and are afraid of women. Such men have sons who are the same as them, not because of genetics, but because of the bad example they set. That's how you end up with hikikomori and people whose lives revolve around DDR.

China and Japan have skipped over a long period of industrial development thanks to technology acquired from the West. However, their mentality about gender relations has not kept up with their economic modernization. Oppression of women deprives not just half the country of its value, but the entire country, as men cannot function at their full capacity either in such conditions.

North America has gone to the opposite extreme: men are considered worthless and women superior. This is an equally impoverished mindset. The genders are different, but complementary. There is no better or worse gender. Each gender is better at some things and worse at others. Idiots get upset at such things and say it's not true, or it's not fair. Well, it's biology. Go tell Nature it fucked up.

I forgot to mention that a more varied gene set will not inevitably manifest itself through beauty. But beauty is not the standard of genetic superiority. Mixed people have a better chance to adapt to changing conditions and to repel/survive infections. That's what makes them better, not their gorgeous butts.

Kudos to the author! Only article I could find on the web about the phenomenon that multiracial girls are attractive! At school there are scores of multiracial girls and I cannot find a single one that I would label as unattractive. I noticed that they all generally have a light tan. The nonmultiracial ones all have extremely white or dark skin.
